I've no hesitation in recommending Andy or his firm. He did a fairly sizeable side and rear extension on our place last summer adding an extra bedroom and a big new kitchen. We were under pressure time wise because we a had a baby on the way. Andy was mindful of our situation throughout, very easy to deal with and the job got finished (pretty much on budget) just before the baby arrived which was a major relief. He was upfront, clear and helpful on everything - he had good ideas and knew his stuff but gave us breathing space to make our own decisions and realise our own vision so to speak. His team of trades men and labourers were all great too and the whole experience was a far cry from the nightmares you often hear about when it comes to having building work done on your house. We were really happy with the end result and 7 months later the place is still standing and doing everything its supposed to do!

Our 3 storey flat was completely refurbished by Shaw Residential and they completed the work on budget and with an eye for detail, the work included additional bathrooms, structural works and new loft and bathroom. Since the work was completed we have employed them to build bespoke furniture and storage solution in our home.
