HOME BUYERS ADVICE:
Over the years we have had several enquiries from previous clients who for various reasons were moving home. The common problem when trying to decide on the correct property was that they needed advice and ideas of what could be possible in each case. This level of decision in buying a new home or investment is huge and the more knowledge gained is invaluable.
For a fee of 100 a Director or Project Manager can visit local properties with the buyer and advise on possibilities and highlight any problems before any survey or purchase costs are incurred. For an additional 150 we can then provide a realistic quote for works discussed to help give the prospective buyer as much information as possible to make an informed, more confident decision.
KITCHEN:
Offering a complete design and idea process, kitchens are designed around every person's individual needs and desires hence we work closely with each client to ensure every practical option is explored. We regularly install modern, contemporary and traditional kitchens with a variety of ideas for work surfaces and splash backs. Consideration is also given to lighting as the mood of the room can be determined by intelligent lighting solutions; certified electrical and plumbing planning and installation is included.
As well as installation and manufacturing of kitchens we have alliances with local and national kitchen suppliers that can offer standard materials and appliances at a reasonable cost. Kitchens can also be hand made on site or in a workshop with a variety of finishes.
BATHROOM:
As part of our core business we have expertise in all areas of the supply and installation of bathrooms, plumbing, electrics and professional tilers to offer a complete one stop shop service for renovating your bathroom, whether it is because of a change in style, mood, trend or restructuring if required, we can deliver the idea. We will initially discuss possibilities and can then offer planning and design service to ensure the end product is the one our clients have imagined
STORAGE:
Our qualified joiners offer consultation for the design and construction of any bespoke storage requirement with the capability to introduce a multitude of styles, materials and finishes as either a build on site or off site process. With many years of experience a manager can call and visit you to discuss your needs.
Working both in house and with approved regular furniture manufactures we can meet any requirement that should arise.
DECORATION:
Full time decorators work on both internal and external schemes to a high standard. All types of finishes, paint and wallpapering are achieved whether it's just refreshing an old room or a full property re-decoration, we can fulfil your needs. We also have solutions for cracks, damp and exhausted woodwork.
If Interior Design ideas for colours and finishes are of interest we can offer a full service with from companies we regularly work with and can offer colour consultations either in house or refer qualified designers to assist.
For all external decoration we will arrange fully alarmed access scaffold and protection.
RE-STRUCTURING/FULL REFURBISHMENT:
Combining all of the above sectors and more we can offer a complete service to the new home owner or developer. We handle design, building control and planning issues managed by ourselves and/or with architects. One of our project managers will schedule the works, produce critical programs of both Client and Builder duties, including deliveries, decisions and periods of reduced services etc. The Project Manager will supervise the scheme from start to finish.
If restructuring is required we have preferred structural engineers that will complete the full structural design for submission to Building Control and make the options of what is achievable clear. Whether it's moving walls/adding rooms, removing chimney breasts, loft conversions, side return extensions, rear extensions or all of the above we can work within a client's budget.
We have completed many projects involving some or all of the above and we can see the advantages of these schemes and are happy to share this knowledge with potential clients.
Full plumbing and electrical work is completed for any level of scheme by either in house tradesmen or by our approved sub-contractors all complying with CORGI or NICEIC etc.
SHOP FIT:
In addition to our core residential projects we have also completed shopfitting works for Harrods and Selfridges for the fit out of Iconic British designer RTW stalls.
