Shaw Residential is a refurbishment specialist operating in the West, North and Central London areas with the majority of our work being referrals and the remainder arising directly from Architects. Specialising in both large and small schemes we can offer Design and Construct, Standard, or Turn Key solutions varying in complexity with project costs ranging from 5k to 250k. The number of projects running at any one time often varies due to the size and complexity of each scheme and are project managed to ensure that no one job is left under manned.
The Directors have a background in Civil Engineering works and large build schemes. With correct project management on site we aim to deliver the desired project within the constraints and regulations of the industry.
Our client range from Landlords, Architects and home owners from development
purposes to high end requirements. We cover full refurbishments to
individual schemes such as new Kitchen, bathroom, decorations and small
structural works as well as Basements. Consultation throughout the scheme
helps to deliver the project within expected cost, time and specification

STAFF:
Project Managers to site trades all have a background in all types of build schemes as well as Shop Fitting and bespoke cabinet making. We have always worked on full refurbishments, new bathrooms, kitchens (installed or hand made) decoration etc. All core members of staff have now worked together for over 4 years and most trades are covered in house. We also have close alliances with a number of qualified sub-contractors which we are constantly working with from project to project.
